The description "...plethora of other great features" is interesting. I guess you just have to buy it to see what these "other great feature" are.

If it were me, I would want to know more precise information about what my money is buying.

If you plan to run Windows Vista, be sure that it has a video card with at least 128MB of memory, preferably from Nvidia or ATI.
