Are you having a keyboard problem? If so, can you use another computer to post in order to more fully explain the problem? Is this with a laptop computer? If so, what is the computer's brand name and model number. If you're unable to post, please go to my Website and give me a telephone call... Dwight

Hello Dwight my Prince: Yes, I am having trouble with my laptop keyboard (using an external now). Have been using the external lately, just unplugged it a while ago and now the regular keyboard is substituting letters for other letters. The laptop is a Gateway Model 450ROG. I knew you could figure out what I was trying to say, Dwight! Catty

If you've installed a new driver file for your keyboard and it doesn't help, then I would guess you will need to replace the keyboard. You can contact Gateway at This page and find out about the cost. While there, you should check to see if they can offer any other software solutions. Your computer "Guru" may be able to install the new keyboard. If not, a computer shop can do it. Dwight
