The 'print cartridge status' light came on today. The printer won't work and the light continues to flash. I got a message that the black ink cartridge had a problem, and that I should take it out and re-install it, which I did - several times. Nothing to note there. It's a fairly new HP cartridge and has plenty of ink in it and has been working fine. I have uninstalled the software and re-installed it from the original CD. No luck. Any ideas about what's wrong?
