Hate to tell you this, but you're going to have to buy it. The stand-alone Excel 2002 is about $340; or you can purchase Office XP Professional, which includes Excel 2002, for about $580. It's cheaper if you already have a previous version of Excel, then you'd only need to upgrade ($110).
