On my keyboard there are the quick access buttons, such as the volume and internet buttons. They no longer work. This has happend before, in order to fix it I had to go into the settings and enable the easy access buttons. When I tried this It says this: ERROR: couldnt find keyboard manager. Can anyone help me? You may have to reinstall the drivers for the keyboard to make them work.... Windows sometimes 'forgets' what it's supposed to do....

I have the same problem and I cannot find where to download drivers on the ms site.The only button that works is standby and when I use it I get the illegal operation warning.

Try doing a search for the model number of your keyboard. You can usually find the needed drivers for it. If not, post it here & I will try to find it for you.

The computer manufacturer should have the drivers available on their site.

The keyboard is microsoft. Model number taken from the bottom is RT9410V56TW. MS part# XD4-B4530. I went to amd,asus,and ms and could not find driver downloads.
