I'm having problems with my printer. I have an EMachines computer, Windows XP. My printer is a Lexmark 730 Series. I have several documents in Microsoft Works, but I can't print individual pages. I have to print every page or not at all. If I try to specify pages, it freezes, tells me the Spreadsheet is not responding, and sends that fricking error report. I've tried rebooting the computer, unplugging the printer, and uninstalling and reinstalling the software, all to no avail. Any suggestions???

I suggest you uninstall/reinstall the printer. You can probably find updated WinXP drivers on the lexmark site at this page.

If this doesn't solve the problem, I suggest you contact the technical support at Lexmark.

I hope this helps!

Funny thing: I tried uninstalling/reinstalling the printer. No luck. I tried unplugging the printer and plugging it back in. No luck. So, in frustration, I let it freeze, and when the "This program is not responding...." message came up, and the option to send a message to MSN reporting the error came up, I did that...about 40 times. Big Grin I don't know if MSN got tired of my messages and tweaked their Works program, or it was the threat of throwing computer and printer out my second story window, but it now works better than ever. No problems now.

Thank you for your help, in any case, Dwight. Should this problem crop up again I'll refer back to this post.
