Does anyone know if toner is dangerous? I'm sure it's not health food!

We've noticed a significant increase in toner STINK in our office! We called the "fix it" guy and he said the the filter was totally plugged! He will be replacing it... What does this all mean?

Well Tree, I think it means that the filter is totally plugged and needs to be replaced...but I could be wrong.
