Almost everytime we switch the computer on we get spool 32 error. The printer is epson c40s. We dont no much about anything and we are using windows ME can any one help us, in basic computer language because we are not very computer literate

I too have been getting a Spool.32 error window of late. I'm using a HP812 printer. This window only opens when printing a 'continue' page but does not affect the printing in any way. I've just been closing the window myself though IT 'threatens' to close it down...
