My motherboard has an irda slot pins. And my case has a place for an irda thing. But no one seems to know where I can get the cable to connect to the mnotherboard to provide the irda (infared) port.

Actually just after I wrote I found THIS and ordered it. I just wish that it came in a smaller form. No bay just the red part and like quarter of the size.

Ya but it was 35 cuz 10 shipping. But directron is 40 plus 15 approx sh so 55. And one other was 43 plus xx. So I guess 35 not bad. And I think somebody makes a 5.25 size also. There were some 3.5 versions on ebay also for 20+7 but not sure about the validity of those.
But I was asking cuz my Chieftec has that red oval cutout already for the IR but no one knows where to get the cable.
