hope someone can help.

I have just replaced my old tower with a newer model. But now I am having a couple of problems.

I am trying to run 2 hard drives one has XP home the other XP professional.I wanted this so only one drive could be used on the Internet
When I start up both drives seem to be running In unison and continue to do until I shutdown. though I can access each Individually. What I was attempting to do was get a screen open asking what disc/ op sys I wanted to use, Is this possible. The other thing thats happened Is that I have lost both floppy drives where previously they worked.Have I somehow lost the drivers for the floppy discs If so Is there a generic download

Im not sure I have explained properly but was hoping questions would be asked

I have an ABIT VH6T board

The link from ivnj is useful when you have both operating systems on the same hard drive (a dual boot setup). But, in order to boot from one or the other of the hard drives, you may have a drive boot option on startup. It is a pain because you have to run manually (mine uses F11 at start up to choose boot drives) each time you want to boot from the other drive. I have a similar setup on this machine where I can boot from my business Drive at IDE 0 or my gaming Drives on my RAID controller. Interestingly enough, I have the same XP Home program on each drive setup, and Microsoft allows the activation and registration as long as they are in the same computer.
The next time you boot up, watch your starting screens closely to see if it has an option called Boot Menu, or something similar.
