If you can't even get on then you may be forced to just reinstall windows. The problem with this is that all of the data will be lost but it may be worth it to just start over. A fresh install may be the best way to go. If you can find a way to log on at all there are ways to get your info. I found this site which gives directions on how to retrieve the admin passwords. There are many like this available online. recovery toolIt seems pretty complicated. You should have someone who knows about computers look at the site and do it for you. (You don't want to mess anything up)You do have to look throughout the site to see which option will work best for you. more password helpThere are several programs which allow you to retrieve passwords. If you don't know much about computers I strongly recommend you have someone who knows about computers do this for you. If you start messing with the registry you could really mess something up and NOT be able to fix it.
