Have just refitted my A03 burner and have hit a snag.
When I put a disc in to read I have no problem at all.However When I put a disc In to copy to ie backups,I get an error message (media not recognised insert a disc).
this happens with all discs dvd,cd.
I had no problems before all drivers are bang up to date.

any ideas ?

Have you tried reinstalling the burning software? Perhaps checking with the software maker's Website for updates?

While there, check the support section for FAQ's or Knowledge Base articles about this disk recognition problem.

What burner software (and version) are you using?

I have been to pioneer and re-downloaded the latest firmware.

With regards to support unless I missed anything there was no specific answer to my problem

The burning software Is Nero 6.0.
