Elexina Diamond Enthusiast	Posted Hide Post My understanding is that the only original member in the ‘new’ GNR is Axl Rose. That is probably why it took so long for Chinese Democracy to be released -the drama queen at work. Velvet Revolver is on hiatus, I imagine, while Scott Weiland tours again with STP.

Posted Hide Post According to the BBC,the boss of Dr Pepper was so confident that the Chinese Democracy album would never appear that he promised a free can of Dr Pepper to everyone, if it ever did.As it's taken some 17 years or so, his confidence must have seemed justified at the time. So, if you are in the US, claim your free can. [The BBC didn't say whether there were any conditions to 'everyone' e.g. buying a copy of the album and having proof of that]

dogspit Diamond Enthusiast 2008 Enthusiast of the Year	Posted Hide Post It is sad that somehow they cannot all get together and manage one more massive tour with the mostly original line-up, perhaps even some of the L.A. Guns members, but none of them seem to be able to deal with Axl's eccentricities. I would certainly try to go see them again, as both concerts of G 'n R I saw were incredible.
