Cut flounder in serving pieces. Place a shrimp and a pat of butter or margerine and some bread crumbs on each. Roll. Place in a buttered casserole with seam side down. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes in a 375º oven
Sauce
1 small onion, chopped ¼ green pepper, chopped 1 TBSP butter or margerine juice of ½ lemon 1 TBSP orange juice 1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce

Do you mean to use the bread crumbs to bread the outside of the fish? I need a little more information.
12-02-03, 09:08 PM Sandy Sorry Sherasi, I guess I wasn't really clear on that! It's funny how you can leave things out because YOU know what you are talking about! I don't bread the outside of the fish. I put a TBSP or two of breadcrumbs inside the rolled up fish along with the shrimp and pat of butter. The butter makes the breadcrumbs nice and moist.
