1 cup olive oil.
1 TBSP garlic nicely minced.
Two 28-ounce cans peeled plum tomatoes.
1/4 TSP oregano
1/4 TSP salt and pepper
1/4 TSP dried red pepper flakes
3 live lobsters roughly 2lbs each
1 pound pasta, cooked and drained......


stick the oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add garlic cook about 2 minutes to release flavor. DON'T BROWN GARLIC!! add tomatoes n icely crushed with your hands. Add oregano, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper.
Simmer the sauce about 20 minutes.

While this is happening take the lobsters apart. seperate the legs and take out the innards also. Boil some water. Boil the Lobsters. halfway through dunk the lobsters in the Tomato mixture until done. While occasionally putting spoonfuls of sauce on the Lobster.

Serve with pasta, garnish with Lemon wedge and parsley.....
