2-3 cups uncooked noodles, your choice 1 8 oz. can crab meat 1 red bell pepper, sliced lengthwise 3 tbs. lettuce 1 tsp. lime zest 3 tbs. lime juice 2 tbs. olive oil 1 tbs. honey 1/2 tsp. ground cumin 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger, minced 1/4 tsp. salt
Cook noodles until tender. Rinse and cool. Mix noodles with lettuce, pepper and crab. In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, zest, oil, honey, cumin, ginger and salt. Pour over salad. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving!
