4 TBSP butter 1 medium onion, chopped ½ pound mushrooms, sliced ¼ cup flour 2 tsp. salt 1½ cups milk 2 pounds cooked lobster or shrimp (or combo) ¼ cup dry sherry
Melt butter in large skillet. Saute onion until tender. Add mushrooms and saute 2 minutes more. Add flour and salt and stir with wooden spoon until mixture has bubbled. Slowly add milk. Simmer until thickened. add seafood and sherry. serve over rice, toast tips, or patty shells.
