INGREDIENTS :
1 lb. tilapia fillets 3 tbsp margarine or butter 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley 2 cloves finally minced garlic 1 large green bell pepper (julienned into thin strips about the width of the fillets) Pinch each of salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS :
Placed fillets in greased baking dish (1 layer) Melt butter in sauce pan and brush on fillets Sprinkle pinch of salt & pepper on each fillet Place garlic and parsley evenly on fillets Put julienned bell peppers across fillets
Bake in preheated 350° oven for about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily w/ fork
One pound makes 2 good-sized servings, or 3 medium sized ones.
