Interestingly enough, over the weekend I happened across a TV story which explained that without minute dust particles, champagne would have no bubbles (I think the show may have been Mythbusters). They proved the point by pouring champagne into a completely dust-free glass. No bubbles. I've always thought that a little dirt never hurt anything. Wink
