My favorite coffee is only available once a year, so I brought enough beans to last me that long...Also brought a vacume sealer and sealed them..
Where is best to keep them _ Freezer or Fridge ??I would prefer the freezer since I more room there..

either removes the moisture from the coffee beans - both fridge and freezer are too dry. The two worst things are moisture and air. You should keep the coffee as beans and grind just before you use them. If you keep your coffee already ground - the staling process is already starting to occur because more of the bean itself is exposed to air.

The best way to store coffee is as beans in an airtight container in a cool, dry place (a dark cupbord is best). If you buy in quantity - best bet is to freeze whole beans in a tightly closed zipbag or container and grind the beans directly from the freezer - do not allow to thaw and keep at room temp...

and

"The quality of a brew depend on the following factors:
Time since grinding the beans.
Time since roasting.
Cleanliness with brewing equipment.
Bean quality (what crop etc).
Water quality.
Fact: Unless you are buying some major debris, bean quality is not very important, as compared to 1-3 and 5.
Fact: The pre-packaged stuff you buy in supermarkets is major debris, (in general).
Fact: Once you have freshly roasted and ground coffee, filtered water and equipment free of oil residues from the last brew, quality of beans makes a huge difference.
Many times "inferior beans" are due to (a) adultered beans, either with the skin of the coffee bean or with peanut derivatives, or (b) old grounds and roast.
Today, the availability of quality beans is making it easier than ever to brew a great cup of coffee. Fresh grinds, vacuum packed, are full of flavor waiting to be released." -google coffee storage
