After the hardboiled eggs cool off in the pan for approximately 15 minutes, allow them to stand in cold water for an additional 15 minutes. They should easily peel then or days later when removed from the refrigerator. They can last days in the refrigerator.
Although this method should work, if one too abruptly changes the temperature of the water or the environment surrounding the eggs, the method fails as the eggs crack and water seeps into them, a cause of peeling problems. Eggs are delicate and must be handled slowly with forethought.

Let the eggs come to room temp. before you boil them, then prepare them as you normally would, when they are done, let them stand in cold water until they have cooled, they should all peel easily. I learned this from my mother-in-law, who had 7 kids. Easter was made much, much easier for all involved, the vats of potato salad she made were much, much easier with that trick, and every other thing that involved hard boiled eggs.
