I searched for Jerk, and found the recipe for jerk seasoning in Sauces, Gravies, Marinades & Rubs. Jamaican Jerk Rub To be honest, it's easier to use a pre-packaged seasoning. I use McCormick's, and I use it about 3 or 4 times a week, almost always on chicken. I just put some teriyaki sauce on the chicken, then the jerk seasoning, and then toss it on the Fireman. 10-2 minutes later, it's done. Rice, in any form, is a good side for this.
