1 tsp baking powder + 2 tbsp milk = 1 egg. Whisk together in a separate bowl then add to the other ingredients. I've used in cakes pancakes and brownies. All came out great. I'm going to try it in cookies this week. My son has a deadly allergy to egg and peanut and for the longest time I bought egg replacer at health food stores. This works 100% better than that ever did. I only wish I'd known sooner.

Take a tablespoon of flax seeds and soak them in 1/4 cup warm water for about 2 hours. Then strain out the seeds...(or leave them in) and this equals one eggIt's kind of gooey...but, hey, so are eggs.
