hassia Silver Enthusiast	Posted i love cream of wheat, but it is not to be had here in germany, except maybe at an expensive specialty store far away. does anybody now of how to make it yourself? can somebody also tell me what exactly the grain is that it is made from? i would assume it just needs to boil for a while, or?

" You might like semolina itself. Prepare as you would cream of wheat. Might be more easily avaiable where you live.
