I and may family like bread with blue cheese toasted in microwave. But i know only two cheases, from which can be made fine breads. Aura Gold chease from Finland and Royal Blue from Germany. I don't know what is a reason, but other cheases melt and drains from bread. These two charges solidifies. In result we get crunchy meel.
