Has anyone prepared jalapeno peppers with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon before freezing, to make a quick appetizer? Just curious if this short cut will work.

This doesn't appear to be an item that would work well with freezing.

I found THIS recipe for them, using cheddar instead of cream cheese, but because of the cheese and bacon, I just don't imagine freezing - seems they would need to be made with fresh ingredients.

If you wanted to prepare a week before, for example, I think that would be ok, as long as you thawed completely before cooking.
