Splenda makes a brown sugar blend that costs quite a bit more that just brown sugar. Their website won't give the exact proportions of the blend. That's understandable, since they're trying to sell their product. Have any of you worked out your own formula for the Splenda and brown sugar blend. Thanks.

According to the Splenda website, the blend has 10 cal/tsp (or about 320 cal/cup). Brown Sugar has about 830 cal/cup, and all of the calories in the blend would come from the brown sugar, so the blend would be about 38% brown sugar.

Clever. I hadn't thought about working it out mathematically. Thanks. It'll be easy to calculate using 40%.
