Just so people get the subject right when searching it is Quilling as in making Quill pens? And not Quilting? Which is a well subscribed subject on the Search engines

This website has a picture that you can copy/paste and then print out to use as a template. It also provides instructions for making it.

This site doesn't provide an actual template, but does show free patterns with details on how to make them.
