This summer I was up in the mountains and took some pictures of some wild flowers and scenery pictures. Then I took them down in size to one quarter page size. I used the very thin photo paper and put the picture in the lower left hand side. Then you fold them. There is a place on the net to get a template for envelopes and I made them up also. I have twelve notes to a pack and will give them as little gifts to the neighbors. It's something the kids can get involved with also.

Excellent idea Judy. I have made notecards using photographs taken with a digital camera. They make unique and personal cards to use to write to friends or to use as Christmas/Birthday cards with a suitable inscription printed inside.
