I'm surprised nobody has touched on this subject yet. Whats your opinions on this? Personally I think the spoiled little brat needs some jail time in order to wake her up.
45 days isn't that much time. And she's going to get put in Seg*, so she won't even have to do time in gen pop*
She's getting off quiet lucky. For violating my probation when i lost my license, I got caught 3 times and on the third time, I got 120 days, but i did only 41 days. That was hard time. No fancy cell, no special treatment nothing. Paris Hilton is lucky to get what she's getting.
She needs to wake up and realize that she has is good in life. She's lucky to have these lawyers, she's lucky to be privilaged and lead that kind of life.
I don't wish her harm in jail if she even ends up going, but I wish her a nice dose of reality. I hope those gangster chicks make her crap her pants, just a lil' bit. Just to put her in check.
Sometimes people need that, and if there is one person who needs to get put in check it's her.

I agree Ron...She shouldn't get off just because she is Paris Hilton...They were discussing this on one of the cable news channels and said they doubt she will do 45 days...Apparently Michelle Rodrigez (sp?) aslo had a 45 day sentence a while back and ended up out in a day due to over population in the jail.

I am so angry right now. our justice system is broke. Hey someone give me a couple million dollars so i can go kill someone and get away with it. or maybe just a couple hundred thousand,some fake breasts, or a pinch of celebrity so i can drive drunk all nite long with an ounce of coke, and shout racial slurs.
This really really upsets me. The united states law is a big time joke, to me, this makes us a laughing stock of the world.
