Another stupid "rule" story

Who was stupid enough to action this?
And why were the police so naive in their understanding and believe the schools tale?

Well, whether she was wrong for requesting to sit was another group or not, the teacher clearly responded in extreme manner with yelling. Any good instructor knows yelling at someone is not the way to teach. Getting the attention of an unruly class in one thing, actually yelling at someone for doing something wrong is counter-productive... especially in front of her peers.

I don't agree with that in the work place and I don't agree with it in school.

She was asked to work on a geography project with the group and only 1 kid could speak English and had to translate for the other kid ...and most people get the jitters if the other non-English person talks in their language and wonder ..whats going on are they talking about me?
I had to work with Asians and many of them couldnt string a sentence together in English
and often they did not understand instuctions
But they mostly worked hard and quietly and there were no complaints. This was many years before the stupid race rules came

The "new" Asians are the Poles and Portuguese who are hard workers and the real underclass coming from Eastern Europe soon (legally & illegally) who are mainly unskilled and uneducated/semi literate
Goodness knows how we are going to deal with them
Can undertand what some of them are saying (if they speak slowly) But any language from behind the old Iron curtain totally baffles me bar bits of Polish and maybe Latvian words?

Unfortunately we only have the arrested girl's version of this (Experience suggests that juveniles who get into a fix exaggerate and lie, and what's worse, some parents immediately take the youngster's side and are soon rushing off to the local paper).

Unless the teacher is insane , why would a polite complaint that the girl was having difficulty for that reason be treated as a race crime ?
