The Court did the right thing, of course. If dancing is allowed, what could be next? Pretty soon, people would be smiling, laughing, dancing close, dancing suggestively, etc. The next thing you know, a party beaks out. People will start enjoying themselves, and we know where
that leads. Noted sociologist and Deputy Sheriff Bernard Fife has pointed out that if you don't nip things like this in the bud, bigger problems are just down the road. "Nip it! Nip it! Nip it!"
Kudos to the Appellate Division of New York's Supreme Court for their wise decision.
