Which Muslim country fights or has fought the most with Israel, or has had the most complication or difficulty with Israel?

Historically, I'd have to say Egypt, with the famous Yom Kippur War as the best example. Syria lost the Golan Heights because of their missile emplacements there. Iran does a lot of blustering now, but hasn't done anything. Perhaps it is the non-nation entities, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and the like, which have been the most destructive in recent years.
