Hardly, but trust the Daily Mail to pander to its daily readership [which includes me] with their phobias and prejudices Big Grin Everything the Mail has is slanted to those. The LCJ didn't say anything which justifies the headline. What he said reflects the common law of this country, as it has been for centuries.
