Now it has a criminal record after a court found it guilty of theft and criminal damage.
"It attacked the beehives again," said beekeeper Zoran Kiseloski.
Because the animal had no owner and belonged to a protected species, the court ordered the state to pay for the damage to the hives - around $3,500 (£1,750; 2,238 euros).
The bear, meanwhile, remains at large - somewhere in Macedonia. - BBC.com
They don't fool around with bears in Macedonia. I understand that an All Points Bulletin has been issued for a large mammal covered with brown fur. So far, 4 Armenians and a Turk have been caught and released. -------- Canadian Bus Lines Refuse Service to Bears Now that's how to keep them in their place! -------- Bear with me; there will be more news soon!

And there's Bear Grylls, TV adventurer and outdoors survivor
He has been staying in motels and hunting lodges [reported The Times ] when supposedly living rough in the tough outdoors, as filmed. Some of the 'wild horses' he was with were already tame and brought in in trailers (what, Winnebagos? These film actors demand that) and a raft he was seen building was, in fact, built by his crew and then disassembled for him to assemble on camera.
And it turns out that he's not a real bear. He went to Eton College and is the son of a late Member of Parliament. (Though I see the connection)

Dorian..that's total misinformation, and you know it! That looks to me like a photo from Churchill, Manitoba, where tourists ride out onto the tundra to view the polar bears. Here's a newsletter from children living near polar bears everyday. Some interesting comments:
