My comment: You can't trust those Figures
Plane movements are a takeoff or landing every few minutes. And, They are asking for another Runway to the North to Cope with "Increasing Traffic".That is a Frightening prospect!

Moral: If you are Travelling to and from the UK use one of the regional Airports Or even Dublin Airport Avoid Heathrow like the Plague!

May cost extra in travel time and costs but you'll feel safer
