Boy, screw up a war, invade the wrong country, turn the economy upsidedown, trample on the Constitution, appoint some of the most corrupt and inept people to high government posts, ruin America's international reputation, create terrorists and enemies left and right, and what do you get? You just can't please some people! Sheesh! He told everybody that it was a hard job! What do they want from him?

How about DG for President? Yeah! I want a new pic of you. I should have saved that one from DP.
I don't like him either. And I'm a Republican. I don't know what I'm going to do come November. Can the candidates talk about issues rather that soundbites?

Yeah and Truman was unpopular when he was president and Kennedy was popular. Then the decades pass and it turns out Truman wasn't so bad and Kennedy was a putz. Personally, I think Dubya is a dolt, but he is representative of what the two political parties have given us as presidential candidates over the last couple decades. This time around is no better.
I wonder if today's media have influenced this to a degree? And are these the same people who say we are in a recession (like the brilliant economists Chris Dodd and Chuck Schumer expressed yesterday after the numbers for the first quarter showed a positive GDP growth)?
How are Congress, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid looking in the popuarity contests?

Now, that's what I'm talking about. Sad, but true.
