gizmogram Diamond Enthusiast Site Administrator	Posted From where did the mythical creatures we all know about come from? Did they just suddenly appear in literature, were they based in folklore, or possibly some were partially fact based? I'm thinking of dragons (the flying & flame-spewing kind), Unicorns & leprechauns mostly. I seem to recall that Pegasus comes to us from Greek Mythology, as do Centaurs and the like. Any ideas or opinions?
