Oven Baked Burgers ( great on the grill too )

1/4 cup steak sauce
2 tablespoons plus 1/3 cup Shake N Bake coating mix (or other brand)
2 lbs. ground beef

Combine steak sauce and 2 tablespoons coating mix in a large bowl.

Crumble ground beef into the same bowl and mix together with hands.

Shape into patties. (I make 8)

Dip patties in remaining 1/3 cup coating mix, covering all sides.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.

Turn patties half way through cooking time.

These are SO yummy!

My thoughts exactly! Since all my burgers usually resemble hockey pucks, I tried this goofy recipe! I won't go back - they're really good.
