I made this sandwich today for my mother. It turned out really great!

What you'll need-

1 loaf french bread
1/2 lb. sliced deli turkey (I prefer browned/pan roasted/smoked)
6 slices of cooked bacon
1 avocado
1 tomato
Ranch dressing with bacon

I usually cook my bacon in the microwave `cause it's quicker. However, you can pan fry or oven bake if that is what you normally do.

While the bacon is cooking, cut avocado in 1/2, and scoop avocado out of skin. (removing the seed of course) Place in bowl and mash with a fork, adding salt to taste. Bacon probably won't be done yet so put avocado in refridgerator.

Meanwhile, cut the loaf of french bread in half, length wise. Slice tomatoe into slices.

When Bacon is done, pour some ranch on the bottom half of the bread, and spread it around. Place turkey ontop of the ranch, distrubting evenly. Pull avocado out of refridgerator and spread evenly on top 1/2 of bread. Place tomatoes and bacon ontop of turkey and close sandwich.
Cut in thirds.

An average sized loaf yields about enough sandwich for 3 people. (if you're using the shorter fatter french bread) One 1/3 pf this sandwich is more than enough!

Unless of course you have a huge appetite or you're a growing boy Wink

ENJOY!! Smile
