BURGER TOPPINGS

ALL AMERICAN TOPPING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. chopped dill pickle
1/4 c. onion, chopped

Combine all ingredients.

BACON HORSERADISH TOPPING:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. real bacon bits
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish

Combine all ingredients.

PIZZA TOPPING:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. dried oregano

Combine all ingredients.

"SPECIAL SAUCE" TOPPING:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. onion, chopped

Combine all ingredients.

MEXICAN TOPPING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chunky salsa
1 c. shredded cheddar or Jack cheese

Combine all ingredients.

BBQ

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. BBQ sauce
2 tbsp. onion, chopped

Combine all ingredients.

And OMG, I would never have thought of this one if I hadn't found it AMAZING...

In this order:
Burger
sliced black olives
swiss cheese
other condiments of choice

I LOVE black olives, but would never have thought of putting them on a burger! A local restaurant offers this burger on their menu and it is AWESOME

I love garlic, especially roasted garlic. So I thought about making a Roasted Garlic Mayo.

I made this a while back on put it on a burger and it was awesome. I roasted some garlic and mashed it up and combined it w/ some mayo, granulated garlic and a little salt.
