1 brown & serve French rolls 1/3 cup Thousand Island dressing 1 tbs. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. caraway seed 2 2 1/2 oz. pkgs. sliced turkey 1 2 1/2 oz. pkg. corned beef 1 8 oz. can sauerkraut, drained and patted dry 4 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
Bake French rolls according to pkg. directions; cool. In a small bowl combine dressing, onion and caraway seed; mix well. Slice rolls in half; spread each with about 1 tbs. dressing mixture. Layer turkey, corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese on each half. Drizzle remaining dressing mixture over all. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes or till sandwiches are heated through and cheese is melted. These can then be sliced into 1 inch strips to serve as a hot hors d'oeuvre.
