I am trying to make a home made "Deep Devil" sandwich which is basically lettuce, tomato, red onion and any meat(chicken, beef, ham)(I buy them in the local Bakers) My favourite is the Chicken, My problem is What do they soak the meat in? to give it's spicy taste? I could email the makers but will they let me have the recipe? (confidential information? ) http://www.lyndale.co.uk/

The chicken can be "chargrilled" (another bakers Variation recipe) and a spot of brown sauce or pickle added In fact .It looks a good basis for a DIY sandwich? Big Grin Ps I emailed the company and had no reply Frown
