Proven Time saving or money saving Tips Which you know do work and share them with everybody and I'm not answering any questions
Its a case of try it out and if it works better than you Hoped then there's no need to reply?
I'll start the Ball rolling with Some of My Top Time savers
1)If you have a felt pen and it has dried up
Or is starting to fade...remove the cap on the Tubbe then spit into the cavity until you can see it coming out of the vent hols near the nib
then replace the top wipe the tube dry then try to write and you'll find its working good again....Only good for 1 go ...Have doubled the the life of these pens
NOTE Some Permanent Markers can be done also But the Ink is poison and the fumes can be noxious..suggest putting it under a slow water tap ...Junk if Its a solid bodied pen or marker OK?
2) If like me you have diffculty opening pot Lid or bottle Top This is off My Mom who was weak handed and Had arthritis and If she couldnt do the dish cloth around the Lid trick
what she did next will make you go

She'd take the jar and go to the room door open It as wide as possible then put the lid in the gap close the door with one hand and hold the Jar with the Other then twist sharply and most time the lid will fly off first time
FYI All the Brute force is done by the door not the Person can use the Lock side as well if there is enough room?
3) If you are fitting a tire with tire Lever,Squeezing a Handle Bar grip on, or even trying to fit a water hose on a Vehicle radiator and its a bit slow it get some washing up liquid and smear it on the surface and you'll find it slips on easily with no effort

Learnt that off a Tire Fitter
4) I have a tub of Low melting point grease whech I Brought Yeas ago and Has Many Uses
Not dreamt of on the application list
For instance come the first Hint of winter I take it and a piece of Kitchen roll and T smear the grease lightly on the edges in the Front and Back doors (Rub it in till you "dry" it) Because the wood expands in the cold air and makes the door stick

I also smear the hinges and lock faces then as a final touch squirt WD40 oil on the Key and put it in the lock and remove it then repeat! This get the tumblers lubricated and is good for the Winter weather if it gets Bad and the Temp Plummets
Ps Stick a Bit of toilet tissue across a mortice Key hole indoors on an outside door to stop drafts

More to come later...
