I avoid making things like peanut brittle and other hard ball type candies because pot clean up is such a pain...is there a trick to easy clean up? Should I run it in really hot water to melt it...should I run it in cold and then peel off the hardened sugar???? Thanks!! Smile

Looks like I misread your question...
You mean the "cooking pot"...
Thats also easy.... Use only a teflon coated pot... The sticky mess will just wipe out...

Fill the pan with soapy water, place on the stove and bring it to a gentle boil. Keep stirring with a wooden spoon. (That should dissolve the sugar) Smile
