Just though I'd share- I save ziplocs for re-use as containers for "icky" things that need to go to the garbage... I stuff them into an empty tissue box then use them when cleaning litter box or removing questionable leftovers from the fridge. Keeps the trash can from stinking up the house or attracting the attention of the kitties.
Not only useful and effective but it gives me the virtuous glow of feeling I'm being thrifty
