I don't know if I'm in the right pew, but I would like to know how to remove a 4 day old blood stain from bedding. I tried cold water and detergent - a little bit of clorox (full strength) took out some of the color, but the stain -a little lighter- still remains. Thanks--- roll eyes

Try pouring peroxide on the blood stains, let it sit for a few minutes, then soak in cold water, until all the blood comes out.
This is how we got the blood out of our lab uniformes.
this works best before washing, but give it a try.

Use hydrogen peroxide like heccate said. If it is white material it works great. We use it at work when we wear white. If it is not white I really like Shout.
