Does anyone know how to get wrinkles out of a leather coat that got wrinkled in shipping?

If you have an electric blanket or even a heating pad, you can lay the wrinkled parts on the blanket or pad and smooth out the wrinkles gradually over the course of a couple of hours...Hang it in a warm but not "hot" place for a few days to allow remaining creases to fall victim to gravity
