Use white non-gel toothpaste to get grass stains out of clothing. Brush on the toothpaste into the stain using a toothbrush. Then rinse and wash with other laundry.
Rubbing alcohol can get the grass stains out of blue jeans. Saturate the stain with rubbing alcohol and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Then wash the jeans in the washing machine. Make sure the stain is gone before drying in the drier, since it will set in the stain. Repeat if the stain is still there.
