SALT RESTRICTED DIET MIX

5 tsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Combine and store in a spice shaker with a tight lid. Keep in a cool, dry place.

Great recipe! People should make sure, however, that they do NOT buy hot paprika. I use only Hungarian sweet paprika. What's the difference? With one, you'll enjoy your meal. With the other, you'll run screaming from the table, cursing whoever set your mouth on fire.
